Our implementation 1-2-3 step-process is designed to be as smooth and painless as possible to ensure the site operations manager can continue to focus on day-to-day operations. Trially does 99% of the heavy lifting. 

Step 1: we will start with initial setup and configuration whereby we will complete the service agreement, schedule a kickoff meeting and set up an integration point-person. 

Step 2: Trially will configure EMR and CRM/CTMS integrations including setting up user accounts, conduct initial staff training and importing current protocol data. 

Step 3: Customer team will Go-live with full system functionality, including dedicated support during initial deployment, tracking recruitment metrics and 30-day optimization review.
